Metropolitan Equestrian is committed to increasing accessibility to equestrian sports and educational opportunities for youth from diverse backgrounds. MET works one on one with students to help them procure grants and funding to pursue a variety of equestrian experiences, collegiate programs and other grant opportunities of interest to them.
MET’s program scholarships are awarded based on a combination of merit, financial need, and demonstrated commitment to personal growth and academic achievement. In addition to scholarships specifically for equestrian training, Metropolitan Equestrian also offers grants that support educational pursuits, such as tutoring, college preparation courses, and other learning opportunities that align with the organization’s mission of holistic development for young people.
Recipients of grants and scholarships are expected to maintain academic standards, actively participate in program activities, and give back through community service or mentorship. By providing these financial resources, Metropolitan Equestrian aims to break down socioeconomic barriers, promote diversity in the equestrian world, and empower young people to pursue their academic and athletic goals with confidence.
